Before founding Gavela Consulting, Mike co-founded Coinstack, an institutional digital-asset newsletter that grew to more than 315,000 subscribers. Coinstack was later acquired by Alpha Edge Media, a subsidiary of Aether Holdings (NASDAQ: ATHR).
Building Coinstack involved developing an audience, establishing a market position, creating commercial relationships, and navigating an acquisition. Mike’s experience also includes supporting capital strategy and fundraising efforts for a market-neutral hedge fund and a fund of funds.
That combination of operating and advisory experience forms the foundation of Gavela Consulting.
